Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial liaison between local operations and the CoE, ensuring seamless coordination of key financial and project management activities
Oversee day-to-day activities for inventory management, backlog tracking, customer order profitability, and utilization metrics
Lead strategic planning to align sales and operations, manage large capital projects, and oversee working capital planning
Manage and track capital and operating budgets, including billing and revenue recognition, to ensure financial objectives are met
Conduct analysis and generate action plans to address performance gaps, improving overall site performance and overseeing capacity planning for accurate hourly rate calculations
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards
Monitor and analyze actual spending versus budget, reporting variances to leadership
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and reduce risk
Support audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to best practices

Required

Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in audit preparation and compliance
