Senior Analyst People Data Insights

Responsibilities
Own and lead JetBlue’s company-wide Crewmember listening programs (e.g., engagement, safety, candidate experience, onboarding, exit)
Design, administer, and continuously improve surveys to ensure methodological rigor and relevance
Conduct advanced analyses and linkage research connecting listening data with business outcomes
Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders at all levels
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in a relevant field or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
At least three (3) years analytical (or related) experience
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred
Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or related field
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
