Responsibilities

Operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines

Program and setup CNC machines to support technology development programs

Read machine setup sheets, tool lists, and other related documents

Required

Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

Position requires an associates degree or higher and 4 years minimum experience in a CNC machining/programming environment

Experience designing and developing tooling and fixtures for manufacturing

Proficient in working with a variety of materials, including plastics, aluminum, steel, stainless steels, and nickel alloys

The ideal candidate will have experience operating lathes, 3, 4, & 5 axis CNC machines

Reading machine setup sheets, tool lists, and other related documents

This role requires strong communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with AS9100 process

Deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Experience with ERP systems (Cetec)

Experience with aerospace hardware

Experience with Mazak CNCs (Smooth AI)

Experience with Mastercam and Solidworks
