Responsibilities
Support the technical requirements, setup, maintenance and operation of an assigned test service along with future test offerings
Serve as a tester for up to two basic level complexity small testing areas
Work will customers during the testing process to resolve issues
Assist with documentation for test tools and test plans as assigned. Suggest and implement improvement SOPs and quality documentation
Assist with training and mentoring new employees on test service offerings
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent
Basic troubleshooting experience; ability to respond quickly and isolate basic issues occurring during test services
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Effective oral and written communication skills
Basic experience creating technical documents
Preferred
Familiarity with a programming language
Technical writing proficiency
Ability to work both independently as well as a member of a team
