Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Cleaning Product Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Define and own the strategic roadmap for the BLACK+DECKER Cleaning portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities
Present portfolio strategies, business cases, and performance updates to executive leadership, driving alignment and influencing decision-making
Serve as the principal liaison between the Cleaning team and partners in Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
Integrate market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to shape product development and identify new growth opportunities
Oversee the annual business planning process for the Cleaning portfolio, including revenue, margin, and market share targets; monitor performance and drive corrective actions as needed
Guide the identification, development, and launch of new products and line extensions; manage product lifecycles to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Champion continuous improvement in product management processes, tools, and best practices across the team

Required

BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in team leadership roles
Proven success managing a broad consumer product portfolio
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence executive leadership
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Experience with stage-gate or similar product development processes

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
