Responsibilities
Work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys
Take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, and wage-hour matters
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
Familiarity with and experience in federal and state court practice, as well as with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and other federal, state and local government administrative agencies
The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
