The Site Team Lead will provide leadership, assist in curriculum implementation, and oversee program operations while engaging directly with youth and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices with all daily activities and interactions with children
Ensure program quality including assisting in implementing curriculum
Providing leadership and guidance to staff
Overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials and all supplies needed to operate the program
Provide direct service, when necessary, to execute the program
Meet accreditation standards and extensive training and development in research-based practices
Mentor staff and engage directly with youth
Report any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor
Follow all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children
Report any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor
Complete all child abuse prevention training as required
Qualification
Required
Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership
Strong communication skills and passion for youth development
Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families
Meet responsibilities and qualifications required as outlined in job description
