Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on change orders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with requirement documents
Review received documentation and verify alignment with established procedures and standards
Execute assigned tasks consistently by following approved processes and training guidelines
Communicate professionally with team members, follow instructions, and respond promptly to requests
Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability while completing daily responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks consistently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Effective communication skills and responsiveness in a professional setting
Basic critical thinking skills to compare documentation against defined requirements
Reliability and accountability in completing assigned work
Preferred
Experience with change control or document control activities
