Responsibilities
Own a Pod of 30–40 Breakthrough Creators
Serve as their direct content coach for the first 30 days
Build strong relationships and trust while driving their consistent performance
Run strategic 1–1 calls to review creator progress, highlight wins, and refine strategy
Proactively provide feedback on content execution, formatting, and performance ensuring each creator in your pod is executing correctly and aligned with their individual strategy
Ensure creators are not just posting but posting with intention
Audit whether creators are actually implementing feedback from workshops and 1–1s
Flag creators who are stuck and be proactive in re aligning their strategy
Become immersed in your creator pods performance using our internal CRM platforms (Growi, Notion, Discord)
Become immersed in the data of the breakthrough channel as a whole to ensure a constant optimisation process (e.g Revenue per post, posting consistency, viral hit rate, 30 day hit rate)
Share insights with coaching leadership for resource creation and sprint planning
Co-lead workshops, bi-weekly calls, and sprint deep-dives alongside the other content coach
Deliver value in every group and 1-1 touchpoint through breakdowns, audits, and strategic clarity
Contribute actively to Discord coaching channels with high-context input
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of why organic content goes viral as a strategist or creator
Experience in building or advising viral organic accounts (brand or personal)
Strong grasp of content levers like hooks, pace, viewer retention, and platform-native styles
Experience coaching creators 1:1 and giving tactical, honest feedback
Builder mindset and thrive in a high-growth environment
