Responsibilities
Support the full software development and implementation lifecycle
Lead the design, development, and management of ETL processes for Program Integrity data marts in Snowflake and SQL Server
Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), supporting ETL operations and Peer Group Profiling outputs
Implement and manage DevOps practices to improve data loading, efficiency, and workload balancing within the PI data mart
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistent data flow
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance
Independently identify and resolve complex technical issues
Communicate effectively across teams to support project execution and alignment
Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and quality
Lead cloud‐based project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and performance expectations
Ensure compliance with data security and industry standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud-based data engineering and data warehousing, with a focus on scalable data solutions
5+ years of experience with Snowflake, including design, development, and automated data ingestion using Snowflake SQL and Python
5+ years of experience with Azure data tools: Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, Blob Storage
2+ years of experience with Python or other scripting languages
