Responsibilities
Assists with helpdesk requests
Sets up, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades personal and mobile computer hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and telecommunication equipment
Assists with projects involving software deployment and installation of hardware such as servers and networking equipment
Attends meetings related to IT projects
Identifies, pulls and terminates a variety of network cabling in both office and non-office environments
Provides assistance as needed in all County Offices and partnering entities
Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner
Performs all other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate college student studying: Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity
The successful candidate will be detail oriented; able to follow direction; a self-starter; must be courteous, polite and enjoy meeting and talking with people both in-person and on the phone
Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
