Responsibilities
Create, review, and update SOPs to ensure they reflect current practices and regulatory requirements, supporting onboarding, job aids, knowledge-based articles, and training
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. Work with management to resource and implement approved concepts
Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all processes and SOPs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize Enterprise-approved tools and repositories for document and policy management
Provide support to team members on new and updated processes and SOPs
Ensure all processes and SOPs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present reports on SOP compliance and process performance to senior management. Ensure SOPs are aligned with goals and KPIs of operational teams

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in process management and SOP development
Advanced writing ability to translate workflows into clear, structured SOPs and guidance documents
Strong organizational and document management skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Preferred
Previous experience mentoring or training new employees, with a focus on ensuring a clear understanding of procedures from a new user perspective
Previous experience within medical device (DME) or the healthcare industry
