They are seeking a Marketing & Communications summer intern to assist in creating engaging content and supporting design projects to enhance their brand and execute their strategy within the metal beverage can industry.

Responsibilities
Contribute to all aspects of content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications, such as emails, presentations, graphics, social media posts, and other materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone
Support for written corporate communications, social media, light design work and small project management to promote our brand and sustainability efforts
Support the design of visuals, infographics, and presentations using basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Coordinate small projects by communicating with stakeholders across our 10 North American locations
Support Sustainability functions and DEI functions as onsite support for events and culture-related projects
Support various stages of media production, including sourcing stock footage, audio tracks and motion graphics
Support general administrative and project-based tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors' degree from a 4-year accredited university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Experience conducting research
Self-starter
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Preferred
3.0 GPA- highly preferred
