Assist with leasing support, prospect follow-up, and community tours
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Support marketing/outreach efforts to drive traffic and leasing activity
Help with resident events, renewals/retention, and work order follow-up
Track daily leasing activity and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of conventional apartment leasing experience required
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or marketing is required
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable in a goal-driven environment
Preferred
Assistant Property Manager experience preferred
