Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Document current-state and future-state processes and requirements
Develop frameworks to assess financial payback and prepare ROI analyses for proposed investments
Identify and evaluate alternative solutions, providing clear recommendations
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and solution development teams to ensure shared understanding
Assess process performance using data-driven insights
Produce clear, well-structured documentation and presentations for stakeholders
Use SAS and SQL to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets
Perform credit risk analysis related to Credit Card and Consumer Loan portfolios
Develop analytical outputs to support business decisions and ROI evaluations
Translate data insights into business requirements and process improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
SAS – 6–10 years of experience
SQL – 6–10 years of experience
Data Analysis & Modeling – 5–10 years of experience
Credit risk analytics for Credit Card and Consumer Loans
Strong experience preparing ROI and financial impact statements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to assess and measure process performance
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
