Responsibilities
Manage procurement, scheduling, and supplier coordination to ensure timely ingredient availability
Use ERP/MRP systems to plan, adjust, and analyze material requirements and supply orders
Support daily production planning by reviewing schedules, analyzing data, and issuing reports
Track and manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain accuracy
Resolve material shortages, variances, invoice discrepancies, and vendor issues
Maintain and improve data integrity across planning systems and documentation processes
Partner with corporate planning and plant teams to support production schedules and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field
2+ years of manufacturing experience in procurement, scheduling, or planning
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
Effective communication and vendor‑management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of inventory control, cost analysis, or production planning processes
Preferred
Experience supporting planning in food manufacturing or other regulated industries
Advanced Excel or analytics skills
Experience in BOM management, cycle counting, or material cost control
Strong continuous improvement mindset
Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams
