Responsibilities
Assists director and staff with activities related to accreditation and regulatory issues
Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines related to practice environment and medical records/Electronic Health Record
Assures that customer service is a primary focus of the practice
Uses information from patient satisfaction surveys and other tools to improve patient perception of care
Resolves concerns and responds to complaints related to care, access, and service
Ensures RBHC provider metrics are met
Facilitates monthly practice meetings and weekly huddles with physicians and staff to review financials, provider measures, and other operational issues to ensure the practices are running smoothly and continue to be financially strong
Complete annual and 90-day evaluations on time
Develop career plans with team members including discipline and plans for improvement
Assists with the recruitment, orientation and retention of new providers to the practice
Responsible for revenue capture, reconciliation, and other financial aspects of the practice such as staffing levels/training, payroll, cash/account management
Collaborates with providers and practice director on office operations and management including human and material resources

Required
3-4 years Related experience
Preferred
Bachelors Degree, Related field
1 year Supervisory experience
