Responsibilities
Perform activities in designated areas related to business operations
Keep operational data and documents up to date in ERP and local databases
Communicate with internal and external parties to achieve business objectives
Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing final products, parts, or equipment from factories, vendors, and partners to support engineering, manufacturing, office functions, or customer deliveries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date open backlog records aligned with inventory and financial records
Coordinate logistics requests, address delays, and ensure the delivery of goods and materials on time
Support the accounts payable process by verifying documentation and ensuring timely and accurate invoice payments
The work schedule regularly requires evening hours to coordinate with Asia-based manufacturing and logistics teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years Business Operation experience
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and effective communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
Strong time management skills
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
