Establishes and maintains the viability of the hospital by recording admission requests to the hospital and making a bed assignment
Qualification
Required
Experience in an acute hospital admitting / business office environment
Experience in communicating with the public
Working knowledge of Medical Terminology
HS or equivalent required, medical terminology
Typing 40 WPM
Experience using computers, multiline phones, faxes, copiers, printers
Basic Life Support
Preferred
Some college preferred
