Responsibilities
Perform assembly processes including manual assembly and automated soldering
Follow defined work instructions and guidelines for each process
Address quality issues promptly and collaborate with QA and Production Manager for solutions
Maintain machine efficiency by minimizing downtime and improving changeover processes
Work towards meeting production cycle times and collaborate with management for improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) preferred, with knowledge of assembly and testing
Willingness to learn and work in various production areas, including automated processes
Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand work instructions
Dedicated, result-oriented, and a team player
Must have a valid visa to work legally in the USA and no history of criminal records
