Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in desktop or end-user support
Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment
Preferred
Experience supporting media, newsroom, or creative environments
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and media production workflows
Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.)
Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash)
Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices
