Responsibilities
Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation in accordance with established written guidelines and procedures
Respond to client inquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring efficient operations and high quality service
Conduct basic research and follow up to resolve routine inquiries and requests
Identify issues during daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns as appropriate
Provide general operational support, including mail sorting and distribution
Maintain a professional presence at all times and respond to emails in a polished, professional manner
Qualification
Required
Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Effective Written Communication skills
Accountability, ensuring all requests are completed thoroughly and accurately
