Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs for two residential buildings
Complete work orders and address resident requests in a timely manner
Perform general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, etc
Complete apartment turnovers when units become vacant
Maintain common areas and building exteriors
Assist with compliance and housekeeping inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualification
Required
