Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Engage directly with customers and achieve customer satisfaction by going the extra step
Research questions about submitted orders
Assist customers through the ordering process and navigating ordering system
Identify and solve problems that occur within scope of work
Perform data entry tasks to fulfill customer orders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Strong emphasis on collaboration and team building
Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Creative problem resolution skills utilizing established options
Taking on extra assignments that might involve learning new things and developing skills
Understanding of PC functions, and ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems
In office Monday - Friday either 7:00AM to 3:30PM OR 9:30AM to 6PM OR 10:30AM to 7:00PM and pay is $20/hour
Training hours will vary
Preferred
Experience with Google-based applications
Experience in a high volume processing center
Knowledge of consumer credit
Knowledge of the mortgage industry
Ability to adapt to change
