Airline Lounges Human Resources Manager
Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their Airport Lounge Segment team, primarily based in Seattle, WA. This role involves providing administrative HR support to food and beverage teams operating business lounges, with responsibilities including onboarding, compliance reporting, and employee training communications.

Responsibilities
Oversee airport badging process for new hires
Support new hire orientation facilitation, set-up and logistics
Onboarding
Run compliance reports
Maintain and distribute employee training/communications
Assist with career fairs and hiring events/recruitment
Share employee benefits information with new hires and direct them accordingly
Complete I-9 forms and other employee file documentation
Set up employee direct deposits
Engage with potential candidates and represent Sodexo as an employer of choice
Collect union statements/corrective actions for Senior Human Resources Manager
Address payroll issues as they arise
Function as the HR liaison between operations and senior HR
Complete other administrative projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
Must have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
Understanding of federal labor laws
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred for this role
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or travel industry preferred
Understanding and knowledge of union environments and labor relations
