Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across channels
Own growth metrics and be accountable for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Test new growth hypotheses by designing and deploying experiments
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, newsletters, etc.)
Build and optimize go-to-market playbook for new products, features, and launches
Grow conversion from free to paid with our PLG user base
Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns
Create and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and conversion funnels
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for business audiences
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track and report on growth KPIs
Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign performance to identify opportunities
Use data to make informed decisions about budget allocation and channel prioritization

Required

6+ years in growth marketing or GTM roles, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving growth at early to mid-stage startups (Series A-C)
Execution skills: You can write copy, build campaigns, analyze data, and optimize funnels yourself
Expertise across paid advertising, SEO/AEO/GEO, email, automation, analytics, social, etc
Strong analytical abilities. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hex, etc
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
Comfortable working with AI and exploring how it can enhance marketing effectiveness
Basic understanding of web technologies and ability to work with technical teams
Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in fast-paced environments where things change quickly
Scrappy and resourceful: You know how to do more with less and prioritize ruthlessly
Experimentally minded: You love testing new ideas and believe every failure is an opportunity
Data-driven yet intuitive: You balance analytics with creative thinking and market intuition
Bias for action: You don't wait for permission—you identify opportunities and go after them
Collaborative: You work effectively across teams and know when to lead vs. when to support
Resilient: You can handle pressure and maintain momentum even when things get challenging

Preferred

Experience marketing technical products to business (aka non-technical) audiences
Experience using no-code tools (ideally Glide), or working for no-code software companies
Comfortable navigating tools like GitHub, ClickUp, Figma, Pitch, and others
