Responsibilities
Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with engineers
Set up new projects in Revit environment
Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development
Develop Revit families, schedules, and project details
Develop Revit templates
Develop and coordinate construction documents
May act as a coordinator on projects
Support the development of BIM content
Qualification
Required
Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
5+ years of engineering drafting and experience
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Autodesk Revit
Proficient in all Revit platforms
Proficient with Revit families, Revit parameters, and Revit schedules
Ability to work with design teams on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work overtime when required
Team player with flexibility to accommodate different client's needs and project's requirements
Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat PDF
Proficient with BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Preferred
Knowledge of Dynamo preferred
