Responsibilities
Assist in conducting thorough risk assessments in the workplace
Conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents for specific tasks to ensure safe work practices are followed
Participate in investigating workplace incidents, including accidents and near-misses, to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
Support the ongoing maintenance of the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) system
Assist with ISO 45001 assessments at various sites
Contribute to the ISO 45001 Systems Management Integration
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors' degree from a 4-year accredited university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Experience conducting research
Self-starter
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Preferred
3.0 GPA- highly preferred
