Releasability Engineer Senior - Level 3
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer Sr. for the F-35 Common Reprogramming Tool project. The role involves coordinating releasability activities with software architects and ensuring compliance with security, export, and foreign disclosure requirements for the F-35 Reprogramming Labs.

Responsibilities
Assume a role on CRT's Releasability Team
Work under CRT's Releasability Lead by coordinating releasability activities with CRT Software Architects and Mission Data SMEs
Ensure CRT releasability requirements are met for tool export and release to the F-35 Reprogramming Labs
Help refine processes for automating classification and releasability tagging
Help refine processes for automating releasability activities to ensure CRT meets its Security, Export, and Foreign Disclosure requirements
Ensure the defined releasability approach is effectively communicated across the CRT team
Partner with technical leadership to build and deliver a Common Reprogramming Tool that meets the needs of our F-35 Reprogramming Lab customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree
Ability to lead discussions and determine resolutions to technical problems
Ability to present technical information to the government, customer, and engineering/program management
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Experience with microservice-based architectures
Experience with Java and Spring Framework
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Containerization, and Infrastructure as Code
Demonstrated experience in communicating ideas to both technical and non-technical people
Demonstrated experience communicating technical approach to software engineers
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
Military aerospace industry experience preferred
