Administrative Programs Manager II

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking an Administrative Programs Manager II within the Addiction Services Division to support the statewide implementation and quality of family-centered substance use disorder treatment. This role provides operational support to contracted providers, ensuring alignment with ODMHSAS priorities and best practices while collaborating with Family Treatment Courts to strengthen treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

Support the statewide implementation and quality of family-centered substance use disorder (SUD) treatment
Provide operational support to ODMHSAS-contracted providers implementing gender-responsive and family-centered treatment models
Work closely with providers to support evidence-based practices and address implementation challenges
Ensure alignment with ODMHSAS priorities, federal requirements, and best practices
Collaborate with Family Treatment Courts and other deprived courts to strengthen family-centered treatment approaches
Participate in Family Treatment Court Implementation Tool (FIT) site reviews
Prepare reports, develop guidance and tools, support trainings and site visits, and represent the division in related meetings

Required

A master's degree in behavioral health, public health, social work, criminal justice, public administration, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health services, or family-centered systems
Experience working with family-centered treatment models, Women-with-Children programs, pregnant and parenting populations, or court-involved systems (including Family Treatment Courts or deprived courts)
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position

Preferred

Preference may be given to those with a current professional counseling license
Project management and/or supervisory experience
