They are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Brand Manager to lead paid Meta advertising across a portfolio of residential roofing brands, ensuring brand consistency and performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities
Own paid social execution across multiple brands running simultaneously
Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) with minimal oversight
Monitor budgets, performance trends, and lead flow daily
Identify which creative concepts, formats, and messages are driving results
Write clear creative briefs and partner closely with our designers to produce new ads fast
Continuously iterate based on performance data, not opinions
Track and report on key metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality)
Translate campaign performance into meaningful takeaways for the broader marketing team
Flag what’s working, what isn’t, and what to test next
Manage campaigns across a portfolio of 20+ local roofing brands
Stay organized in an environment where priorities shift quickly
Maintain clean structure, naming conventions, and documentation across accounts
Collaborate with external partners when applicable, but remain the internal owner of performance
Ensure creative and campaigns stay aligned, timely, and results-driven
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of marketing experience with expertise in social media marketing (hands on paid Meta experience is required)
Proven experience managing agencies and creative partners
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns and pivot when needed
Creative, collaborative, and resourceful attitude. You're proactive and get things done
Willing to jump in and support where needed, beyond just social
