Manage work orders and client relationships alongside teammates and leadership, including reviewing proposals
Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries
Assist with daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers
Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations
Manage work orders, including higher visibility tasks
Ability to manage client calls when Account Manager II and/or Senior Account Manager are not available
Demonstrate higher-level output and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary
Preferred
Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus
