Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for global teams
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
Execute proactive outreach to build diverse talent pipelines
Facilitate a professional and engaging candidate interview experience
Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
Collaborate with the broader HR team to refine recruiting processes and contribute to global employer branding initiatives
Maintain high standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System
Ensure all recruitment activities align with our commitment to equity and belonging
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates in tech or digital media
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
Experience with global recruitment and remote team collaboration
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever) and Excel/Google Sheets
Proven track record of managing high-volume or specialized recruitment in a fast-paced digital media or technology environment
Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques
Experience navigating global hiring nuances, particularly across the US and UK markets
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
Demonstrated experience using recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to streamline workflows and identify top talent
