Responsibilities
Provide training and support for existing and new features of the telephony system and call center software
Manages all telephony initiatives and projects while assisting in the development of the telephony roadmap
Design, develop, test, and deploy IVR and server configurations independently or in conjunction with third-party vendors
Maintain and design VolP system to ensure industry best practices
Collaborate with business units to improve operations by recommending changes within the telephony systems
Prioritize and schedule tasks/projects based on business needs
Act as escalation point for telephony/call center software issues while owning the issue through resolution
Adhere to departmental policies such as thorough testing, change management, and documentation of all system changes and enhancements
Maintain and manage Toll Free and DID number database
Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience troubleshooting computer, server, and network issues
1-3 years of telephony experience
Previous Genesys Cloud experience a must
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with finite deadlines
Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
