Supporting the organization’s electronic medical record (EMR) application support needs including functionality and training to support clinical, fiscal, IS, and practice management operations
Knowledgeable in the clerical/access workflows within an ambulatory practice

Qualification

EPIC modules certificationApplication Support experienceHealthcare experienceClerical workflows knowledgeTraining skills

Required

High school diploma or GED preferred
Credentialed in 1-3 EPIC-focused modules required
Two years of experience in healthcare related fields preferred
Two years of Application Support experience preferred
