Hotel Administrative Assistant

Support office management tasks including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
Provide customer service support to guests and clients both in person and via phone or email
Handle administrative responsibilities related to booking, billing, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong office management skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency in various computer applications
