Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects from initiation through completion
Gather, document, and organize project requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track
Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and help implement solutions to maintain timelines
Use project management tools and standard methodologies to support organization, communication, and process efficiency
Support process improvements, reporting, and basic automation efforts—using tools such as Tableau where applicable
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance project workflows and team effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
No prior experience necessary—seeking someone self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus, but not required
