They are seeking a Manager of Quality Systems and Compliance to lead and strengthen quality and food safety systems across extrusion and thermoforming operations, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Oversee food safety, product defense, calibration, document control, and training systems
Serve as the primary quality lead for audits (NSF, and customer audits)
Own customer complaint management, root cause analysis, and trend reporting
Support new product development, samples, change management, and operational qualifications (OQP)
Drive quality KPIs, continuous improvement, and system effectiveness
Partner with the Quality Manager to support daily QC execution and team development
Lead and maintain HACCP, prerequisite programs (PRPs), and quality management systems
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in quality systems, food safety, or regulated manufacturing
Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, PRPs, and audit standards
Ability to lead systems, analyze data, and communicate across teams
Preferred
Experience in food-contact packaging, plastics, extrusion, or thermoforming
