Responsibilities

Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses)
Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products
Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs
Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques
Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
