Business Development Representative, Agency Services
2X is launching a new agency services sales motion focused on high-impact B2B offerings. The Business Development Representative will generate qualified pipeline, book meetings with mid-market and enterprise B2B organizations, and support outreach efforts for events and trade shows.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified pipeline across cold outbound, warm expansion, inbound, RFPs, and events
Book 8–10 qualified meetings per month with mid-market and enterprise B2B organizations (500+ employees)
Build and execute targeted account-based outreach campaigns
Research and engage senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Demand Gen, Brand)
Test and iterate on messaging and value propositions, sharing insights with leadership
Identify and qualify RFP opportunities and support coordination and submission efforts
Support trade show and event outreach, including pre- and post-event follow-up
Conduct initial discovery and qualify opportunities (~$200K+ deal sizes) before handoff
Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate closely with sales and marketing
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or professional services
Proven success in cold outbound prospecting and meeting quota attainment
Strong research, qualification, and communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
Experience with modern sales and prospecting tools
