They are seeking a Senior Accountant to help re-imagine Content Accounting processes using AI, involving contract management, month-end close activities, and process improvements.

Responsibilities
Ensure the completeness of contractual records, review contract terms and document the application of our accounting policies
Support month-end close including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and fluctuation narratives for content costs
Ensure payouts are processed by obtaining payment support, ensuring tax compliance, responding to inquiries, and uploading bills to the accounting system
Build relationships with cross-functional business and support stakeholders
Drive process improvements within your scope and contribute to transformation projects including but not limited to GenAI adoption
Take on ad-hoc requests and own projects from start to finish on top of your core remit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Accounting or a related finance field
A CPA license, 3+ years of accounting experience at a quickly evolving company or public accounting firm
Experience with contract reviews (revenue, leases, or other complex documents)
Proficiency building in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with data tools such as SQL
Ability to recognize and implement process improvements and build scalable solutions with GenAI in mind
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful business partnership
Preferred
Experience with SAP, QuickSight, Mode, or other related ERP, BI, or data visualization tools
Avid Twitch user as a creator or viewer and passionate about the creator economy
Exposure to emerging AI technologies and automation tools (e.g., MCP and RPA) and their applications in accounting
