Responsibilities

Provides administrative support for the College Dean
Manages overall office administration and day-to-day operations for the School of Occupational Therapy and School of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science
Supports faculty with data collection for the School of Occupational Therapy and School of Health, Exercise, and Sport Science in support of completion of assessment and accreditation reports
Plans, coordinates, and executes logistics for college events and projects
Serves as primary liaison between the College and other University departments and external stakeholders
Promotes a professional and inclusive work environment
Oversees facility operations
Works with the Office of Academic Affairs as requested
Performs other duties as assigned by the College Dean

Required

Experience with business office operations

High school diploma required
Experience with academic and/or health care data collection required

Preferred

Previous experience in academic and/or health care settings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities listed
