Responsibilities
System imaging, Windows OS installations, OS configuration, drivers/BIOS updates, application installation/upgrades, windows patching, SQL installation and configuration
Troubleshoot of Tablet and peripherals connectivity
Network connectivity (cell and Wi-Fi) setup and troubleshoot
Able to create and/or update technical procedure documents
Experience to update, upgrade and maintain system with Intune and SCCM
Good to have experience writing/troubleshooting Power shell scripts
Required to travel as necessary to crew bases and/or aboard the trains to provide hands-on support
Need good communication skills
Be able to carry heavy loads, up to, 50 lbs
Be able to travel to various Amtrak locations as required
Qualification
Required

High School Diploma or bachelor's degree equivalent to Computer Science/Engineering
2+ years of experience building Windows based systems, preferably Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment
Preferred
1 year of experience PowerShell Scripting
