Provide hands-on desktop support for local end-users

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems

Configure and deploy new hire workstations

Manage and resolve ServiceNow support tickets

Deliver remote support using Bomgar

Perform imaging and deployment of Windows systems

Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service
