Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges
Design and implement customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies
Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing Valorx solutions
Assist with solution configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback
Ensure that implemented solutions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with Salesforce and Excel (Must)
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1+ years of experience with programming languages (preferred)
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus
