Responsibilities

Assist the Global Strategic Events team in the logistical and administrative aspects of end-to-end event planning, including venue research, vendor coordination, budget tracking and execution
Contribute to the maintenance of event databases, documentation, and file management
Maintain master project plans in Asana and other project management tools, ensuring all stakeholders meet critical milestones and deadlines across multiple workstreams
Own the full lifecycle of procurement and financial administration, including vendor setup, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of event activities with broader marketing and business initiatives
Provide on-site support during events, assisting with set-up, registration, and attendee engagement
Assist in post-event activities, such as attendee feedback collection and event performance analysis

Required

5+ years of direct experience in event operations or project management within a fast-paced B2B tech environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana) and event technology stacks (e.g., Cvent, RainFocus or Swoogo)
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage hundreds of moving parts simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced industry
Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to support the global execution of our event portfolio
