Gain a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and audiences
Help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively
Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent service to our external and internal clients
Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity goals
Monitor performance and report progress
Adhere to company/department policies and procedures
Partner with management to ensure quality and assist in managing teams with diverse talents and responsibilities
Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
Fill in for senior management in their absence
Monitor quality assurance and report any problems
Track performance and conduct employee reviews
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-year experience with equivalent work history
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
