Responsibilities
Monitoring Sandhills Global websites and hosted customer services to help ensure continuous up time
Notifying the appropriate on call technician to resolve the problem when issues are detected
Processing print publications and converting them into digital editions for display on the corresponding websites
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or associate's degree in a computer related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows
Consistent, progressive work history
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
Results driven mindset
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable working overnight hours
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances
Ability to travel both air and surface – valid driver's license required
In Office Position. 4.5-day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required
