Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll, including regular hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions
Review and validate timekeeping data to ensure accuracy before payroll is processed
Maintain payroll records and employee pay data in the payroll system
Prepare and distribute earnings statements and payroll reports
Respond to payroll-related questions from Team Members and management
Resolve payroll discrepancies and timekeeping issues in a timely manner
Ensure payroll data is accurate and reconciled each pay period
Maintain confidentiality of Team Member and company payroll information
Support standard administrative tasks related to payroll and reporting
Qualification
Required
At least one year of payroll experience or experience in a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Comfortable working with payroll systems, timekeeping tools, and basic reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; general comfort with computer systems
Organized, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information professionally
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working in an office environment
