Responsibilities

Work with existing Stripe customers and Stripe Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies to renew and expand Stripe’s revenue
Partner on deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals
Research user data and history and make recommendations based on prior activity
Audit Sales feedback and user account signals to identify evolving business needs that drive renewal, expansion, and upsell growth
Assist with complex quote creation
Identify and refine scalable workflows to drive operational efficiency through automation, tooling enhancements, and strategic outsourcing where appropriate
Cultivate an environment of operational excellence characterized by high individual ownership, ethical integrity, and a collective commitment to a positive team dynamic
Report on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style

Required

5+ years of experience in high-growth Renewals, Strategic Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record in the SaaS or FinTech sector
Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes
Experience working with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick); SFDC Report building and Opportunity/Contract management experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the comfort and agility to collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and externally with a diverse portfolio of users
Success partnering with key stakeholders across sales, product and engineering to surface and improve internal processes
Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

Experience working in the financial services/payments industry
